Chapter One Page 01: [link] Page 44: [link] Page 46: [link] Would you believe that the last panel on this page is actually one of the first sketches of Hitomi that I created. I had the idea for this dream for a while now and I was playing around with sketches and drew her laughing with that axe in her hand and blood all over her. I was just being silly at the time, but I knew this nightmare sequence would come up and tried to get that sketch into the story. This page actually gave me a few issues so took me all day to get it done. Originally it was much longer and bloodier, but I cut it down to keep it a Teen Rating. No need to go all out for just two pages. I do have younger readers after all. Anyways, one more page of this dream to do now. It is another of my favs. because the sketches turned out so well. I actually love the first panel as well as the last on this page. Well, more coming soon. Enjoy. It's painful to suddenly see a bright light after living in darkness. Your eyes need some time to get used to the light...
I love that axe thing too. I think it is based off an excacutioners (sp?) sword that I saw in a book, but I could be wrong.
Well, one more page to get done in this insane little dream sequence.
